Graphics Manager
US Expo

US Expo is a trade show decorator in Tucson, Arizona that services the Southwest. As the Graphics Manager, I was responsible for all promotional and marketing materials for both US Expo and our clients. I designed and printed signs and banners with a 54" printer, the Roland SC-540ex, and finish signs with the 61" Seal Pro "S" laminator. I also utilized a Graphtec plotter for cutting vinyl and the XL2000 ID Signmaker for printing trade show ID signs. Additionally, I maintain www.usxpo.com, draft floor plans for all of our trade shows, order and inventory all supplies, track department budget, and schedule graphics production.

I maintained the company’s web site, www.tfvideo.com (offline), and created graphics for training videos produced by Time Frame. I also ran the shipping department, which shipped video previews and other promotional items. Other tasks were providing grip work (help with lighting, setup, tear down, & running teleprompter), on-site and in-house custom productions, running duplications (VHS, CD, DVD), and editing on an Avid System.
